Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This policy covers the Just Money app for iPhone and iPad and this website. “We” means the developer of Just Money, named under Contact.

Summary

Data on your device

Records, categories, settings and your PIN code are stored on your device and included in your device backups. Face ID and Touch ID are handled by iOS: the app only learns whether unlocking succeeded.

A CSV backup created on iCloud is stored by Apple in your iCloud Drive, where we can’t access it. If Just Money Classic is installed, your records move into Just Money on the device itself.

Services we use

Purchases: Apple App Store

Analytics: Amplitude

The app doesn’t have a switch to turn analytics off yet. Analytics aren’t tied to your name, so we can’t look up one person’s data.

Crash reports: Apple

If Share With App Developers is on in your iOS settings, Apple shares crash reports and usage statistics with us under Apple’s privacy policy.

Email

Website: Cloudflare

www.justmoney.nl has no cookies, no analytics and no JavaScript. Cloudflare hosts it and processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect the site. If you type the address without “www”, Squarespace redirects you and sets a security cookie.

Children

Just Money is a general-audience app and isn’t aimed at children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy of it. Write to us and we’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority.

To delete your records, use Settings → Data → Delete all data or delete the app. CSV files are deleted separately, in CSV Files or the Files app.

Changes

When the app or this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
